  3. Verification and Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in good condition and eligible for a refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your refund.
  4. Refund Issued: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the single bottle. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the Money Back Guarantee is applicable to single bottle purchases only. It does not apply to multiple bottle purchases or multi-packs. This policy is in place to prevent abuse of the guarantee.

Returns for Multiple Purchases and Multi-Packs:

We do not offer a money-back guarantee for multiple bottle purchases or multi-packs of iQsweet. We encourage you to try a single bottle before making larger purchases to ensure it meets your expectations.

Exchanges:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange for damaged or defective items.
